What we measure

Resilience and Stress Management: We assess how individuals manage pressure, recover from setbacks, and maintain performance during sustained difficulty — a direct measure of capacity to sustain change.

Self-Efficacy and Confidence: We evaluate belief in one's own capability to perform and adapt — a key predictor of how individuals will approach and engage with new tools, systems, and ways of working.

Openness to Change: Psychological openness to new approaches, technologies, and ways of working is one of the strongest predictors of AI adoption success. We measure this dimension directly using instruments built by experts.

Motivation and Self-Determination: We assess intrinsic motivation, autonomy, and the degree to which people feel purposeful in their work — factors that directly affect engagement and sustained performance over time.

Adaptive Coping Strategies: We evaluate the range and effectiveness of coping strategies individuals use under pressure — distinguishing between adaptive responses that protect performance and maladaptive patterns that erode it.
